Under the supervision of the President of the University of Zakho, Dr. Nadhim S. Abdulaziz, and the patronage of the Dean of the College of Engineering, Dr. Farsat H. Abdulrahman, the Third International Exhibition of Innovations and Edison Awards, dedicated to inventions and inventors, was inaugurated.

This is the third time the exhibition has been held at the level of Duhok and the second under the sponsorship of the College of Engineering at the University of Zakho. It features numerous inventions across medicine, engineering, environment, education, sports, and music.

The aim of this exhibition is to establish a direct connection between inventors and participants, which supports innovation through the recognition and awarding of the participating inventors.
